The Seasonal Box is packed from whatever came off our farms that day, so the mix changes week to week — typically around 10 varieties such as eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, coriander, watermelon, zucchini, figs, mini capsicums and onions. You cannot choose the contents yet; that is what the Build Your Own box is for, and it is coming soon. If an item is not good enough on the day, we pack more of what is — never less. The weight and the price stay the same either way.
يُعبّأ الصندوق الموسمي ممّا خرج من مزارعنا في ذلك اليوم، لذلك تتغيّر المكوّنات من أسبوع لآخر — عادةً نحو 10 أصناف مثل الباذنجان والطماطم والفلفل الأخضر والخيار والكزبرة والبطيخ والكوسا والتين والفلفل الصغير والبصل. لا يمكنك اختيار المحتويات بعد؛ هذا ما سيتيحه «صندوقك الخاص» قريباً. وإذا لم يكن صنف بالجودة المطلوبة في يومه، نعبّئ مزيداً ممّا هو أفضل — ولا نُنقص أبداً. الوزن والسعر لا يتغيّران في الحالتين.
Within 1 to 2 business days of your order. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery window before it goes out, and someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to receive it. Because the box is packed from fresh produce, we pack to your delivery day rather than holding stock.
خلال يوم إلى يومَي عمل من طلبك. نراسلك على واتساب لتأكيد موعد التسليم قبل الخروج، ويجب أن يكون هناك شخص لا يقل عمره عن 18 عاماً لاستلامه. ولأن الصندوق يُعبّأ من منتجات طازجة، فإننا نعبّئ حسب يوم التسليم بدل تخزين البضاعة.
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Delivery is a flat AED 30 per order — not per box — so adding a second or third box does not increase it. If your address turns out to be outside our area we will contact you and refund the order in full.

By card at checkout — payments are processed securely by Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. If you would rather pay on delivery, message us on WhatsApp first and we can arrange payment by card machine or bank transfer. We do not accept cash.

Tell us on WhatsApp with a photograph and we will replace the item or refund it. We accept returns for defective produce and we accept exchanges. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Fresh produce is perishable, so orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed — before that point, message us and we will cancel and refund in full.

One Seasonal Box holds up to 7 kg of fruit and vegetables — a week of cooking for a small household. You can order up to 10 boxes in a single order, and delivery stays a flat AED 30 for the whole order however many you add.

Yes — that is what Sougha means. At checkout you can upgrade any box to a wooden presentation crate, hand-packed and ready to give, for AED 55 per box. Enter the recipient's delivery city and area, and add a note telling us anything we should know.

Everything we list is UAE-grown, from Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, through our partner packhouse Mahsool. We do not carry imported produce: we would rather narrow the list with the seasons than quietly fill the gap with imports, so if something is out of season it simply is not on the site that week.
