The Seasonal Box mix changes week to week — typically around 10 varieties such as eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, coriander, watermelon, zucchini, figs, mini capsicums and onions. You cannot choose the contents yet; that is what the Build Your Own box is for, and it is coming soon. If an item is not good enough on the day, we pack more of what is — never less. The weight and the price stay the same either way.
Within 1 to 2 business days of your order. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery window before it goes out, and someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to receive it. Because the box is packed from fresh produce, we pack to your delivery day rather than holding stock.
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Delivery is from AED 30 per order. If your address turns out to be outside our area we will contact you and refund the order in full.
By card at checkout — payments are processed securely by Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. If you would rather pay on delivery, message us on WhatsApp first and we can arrange payment by card machine or bank transfer. We do not accept cash.
Tell us on WhatsApp with a photograph and we will replace the item or refund it. We accept returns for defective produce and we accept exchanges. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Fresh produce is perishable, so orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed — before that point, message us and we will cancel and refund in full.
One Seasonal Box holds up to 7 kg of fruit and vegetables — a week of cooking for a small household. You can order up to 10 boxes in a single order. Delivery is from AED 30 per order.

Yes — that is what Sougha means. At checkout you can upgrade any box to a wooden presentation crate, packed and ready to give, for AED 55 per box. Enter the recipient's delivery city and area, and add a note telling us anything we should know.

Three things, in order. Build Your Own Box lets you pick produce by the pack and fill a box up to 7 kg — you can browse the produce and prices today, and ordering opens at launch. Sougha Membership follows, built to bring our margin down to near cost on every item; the price and terms are still being set. The Sougha harvest van comes last — a rolling farmers' souq that parks on your street. You can register interest in all three now.
